Policies regarding changes to your design and order of photos:

- All submitted photos must be numbered in the order to appear in the album. If you need assistance renaming your files please call our art department.

- All photos submitted will be used for your design. If you submit photos after the design is completed, there will be a $25 to add each photo to your design.

- Remember that your book designer does not know any of your family members, therefore, we welcome any special instructions you may provide, in order to properly position all images on the corresponding pages.

- Your design will be ready 7-10 business days after your files are received. A notification email will be sent. You will be able to email your book designer regarding design questions.

- We include up to two sets of changes so you can fine tune your design. This does not include changing the design style. There's a $100 charge for changing design styles, since the majority of the design would have to be redone.

- Extra changes are billed at $15 per page (after the two sets of changes).

- Upon final approval you can order albums and books from us at wholesale prices, or you may choose to have the design mailed to you on a CD. (Design will be Jpeg format, no layered files are provided).

About our satisfaction guaranteed policy: we create the most beautiful albums and books, all of our work is custom done by our professional design team. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your design, you may request your money back within 5 days after the first design proof has been posted online for your review (5% bank charges apply to all refunds, this amount will deducted from your total refund). There are no refunds after 5 days from the date your design is ready or if any changes are submitted for a second proof. Our rates and book prices will save you up to 60% off studio prices, and provides you with absolute control over your album/book design.

File Resolution Policy:

All images submitted must be of the highest resolution possible. If you are unsured of your images' resolution, you can send us one file and we'll check it for you for free www.freefilecheck.com In order to achieve an acceptable printing quality, high resolution files must be submitted. All files are reviewed by one of Charles Ricco's staff (an actual human being), and any questionable resolution on the submitted files will put your order on hold until the owner of the files is contacted. If we conclude that the resolution of the files will not produce acceptable results, a written statement (via fax or via US mail) by the owner of the files must be submitted prior to continuing with the order, or simply the customer may provide other files as substitution.

Ownership of images

In order to order graphic design and/or albums/books made with your images, you must be the legal owner of the images and have permission to reproduce them. When placing your order you must accept all responsibility over any legal matters concerning the images used. Compliance with applicable laws: You must comply with any applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark and patent laws. Images containing obscene, illegal or in any way content that is offensive to others, will be rejected and no refund will be granted until the images are substituted with other acceptable images. This website is managed, owned and operated by BridesIncorporated. We reserve the right to screen and reject any questionable material.
